Team Overview
The Global Facilities and Real Estate team enables safe, reliable, and effective workplaces that support associates and business operations. This role represents the function on site in Brazil and works closely with local leadership and global partners to translate corporate standards into consistent local execution. The position reports through the Global Facilities and Real Estate organization. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
· Lead day-to-day Facilities and Workplace operations for the Brazil office, serving as the primary local contact for associates, leaders, landlords, property management, vendors, and global Facilities partners.
· Maintain a safe, reliable, organized, and high-quality workplace through visible on-site leadership, regular inspections, preventive action, and timely resolution of operational issues.
· Manage supplier and outsourced-service performance through service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), service reviews, corrective actions, and escalation of material issues.
· Coordinate contract administration and purchasing activities, including scopes of work, sourcing support, vendor onboarding, purchase orders, invoices, renewals, and required documentation.
· Manage assigned operating costs and project budgets by supporting forecasts, tracking commitments and actuals, explaining variances, and identifying cost-control opportunities.
· Oversee building operations and workplace services, including maintenance, utilities, cleaning, reception, pantry services, supplies, parking, waste management, pest control, and space utilization, as applicable.
· Plan and deliver moderately complex office infrastructure projects, renovations, moves, repairs, and workplace improvements within established scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and governance requirements.
· Coordinate cross-functional workplace needs with Corporate Security, Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Occupational Health and Safety, and Communications, including CCTV, access control, and visitor management.
· Maintain operational procedures, records, dashboards, KPIs, and management updates; analyze service, financial, and stakeholder information to identify trends and recommend improvements.
· Support business continuity, emergency preparedness, accessibility, sustainability, travel, and fleet administration where assigned, escalating sensitive or higher-risk matters appropriately.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience that supports workplace and operational decisions.
· Professional experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Experience, Corporate Real Estate, property or building administration, or related operations within a medium or large organization; multinational experience is strongly preferred.
· Working knowledge of building operations, planned and corrective maintenance, workplace services, physical security, health and safety, and corporate-office environments, used to identify risks and coordinate effective solutions.
· Demonstrated experience managing suppliers, service contracts, outsourced teams, operating budgets, forecasts, invoices, accruals, and vendor-performance improvements.
· Experience independently delivering moderately complex office infrastructure projects, renovations, relocations, or workplace improvements within established governance, while building effective relationships with local and global stakeholders.
· Availability to work primarily on site and travel occasionally based on business needs.
Required Technical Skills
· Working proficiency in English and professional fluency in Portuguese for local and global stakeholder communication.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, for analysis, reporting, collaboration, and document management.
· Ability to develop and interpret operational dashboards, KPIs, budgets, forecasts, commitments, actuals, and variance analyses.
· Practical knowledge of supplier-governance and purchasing workflows, including SLAs, scopes, purchase orders, invoices, renewals, and vendor onboarding.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with a hands-on and ownership-oriented approach.
