What Your Impact Is
Support civil and environmental engineering projects across energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors
Contribute to site/civil design, stormwater engineering, remediation, erosion control, and water management initiatives
Collaborate with planners, scientists, and engineers to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions across projects and geographies
What You’ll Bring
Required
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Civil, Environmental, Geotechnical, or related engineering field, or equivalent experience
2-3 years of experience
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
Ability to research and prepare technical memorandums, field reports, and report sections
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills for effective collaboration
Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area
This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
Preferred
Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or current registration for the F.E. exam
Experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D, GIS Software, and/or Hydraflow/HydroCAD
Prior internship or professional experience in civil/environmental engineering
Willingness to travel for field work
Key Responsibilities
Work in a remote/hybrid environment, maintaining clear communication on schedules, deliverables, and priorities
Assist in civil/environmental design and project support, including:
Site plans
Erosion and sediment control plans
Stormwater management plans
Permit application preparation
Participate in field work, sampling, construction monitoring, and reporting
Manage multiple fast-paced projects across diverse geographies
Ensure compliance with ERM’s world-class Health and Safety Program
