What We'll Bring:
This role involves advanced data analysis using SQL and Spark SQL, supporting ETL setup, and driving insights for business teams. intermediate-level knowledge of Linux commands and cloud environments, and solid experience in data reporting. The ability to understand and analyze Java logs is essential for this role. It is not a Data Engineering or development role.Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize complex SQL/Spark SQL queries for large datasets.
• Lead ETL setup and data pipeline validation efforts.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts and review their work.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Utilize Linux commands for system operations, troubleshooting, and deployment tasks.
• Work within cloud environments (AWS, GCP) to manage infrastructure, data workflows, and deployments.
• Create and maintain data reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Analyze Java logs to identify and try to resolve performance bottlenecks and application issues.
What You'll Bring:
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in SQL, Spark SQL, Unix commands and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and data modeling.
- Experience with large-scale data environments (e.g., GCP, AWS).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
