Key Responsibilities

  • Apply strong knowledge of ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, DJSI/S&P, CDP, BRSR, TCFD, UNPRI) and evolving sustainability practices across sectors and geographies to deliver client solutions.
  •  Demonstrate understanding of ESG trends and regulatory requirements in India and Southeast Asia, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
  • Work with project managers to plan and execute ESG advisory projects with clear visibility of objectives and expected benefits for clients and ERM.
  • Conduct on-site ESG audits, stakeholder interviews, and due diligence across diverse environments in South and Southeast Asia.
  • Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to analyze ESG data; prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations with actionable insights. Knowledge of data visualization tools or coding (Python/R) is a plus.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, deliver service excellence, and support proposal development and deal dynamics.
  • Lead or coordinate multi-workstream projects spanning various aspects of a client’s sustainability platform in a collaborative manner.
  • Develop high-quality written reports, metrics, and present findings virtually or face-to-face with confidence.
  • Collaborate with team members to update methodologies and share ESG concepts and best practices.
  • Meet personal billability targets and contribute to project profitability while working independently under pressure and maintaining flexibility in work hours.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5–9 years in ESG consulting, sustainability reporting, or related roles, with exposure to field work and regional projects.
  • Certifications such as GRI, SASB, or ISO 14001/45001 auditor credentials are an advantage.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across South and Southeast Asia.

Skills Required
