We are looking for ambitious and energetic Senior Consultant to join dentsu Consulting (DK). You will play a central role in designing and delivering strategies that help businesses unlock growth, adapt to change, and prepare for the future.

The role as Senior Consultant entails:

• Lead workstreams in commercial strategy development, growth initiatives, and transformation advisory projects.
• Conduct analysis and research to identify market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and customer-driven insights.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations and action plans that support client decision-making and long-term growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, facilitating workshops and shaping a collaborative setting with executive to ensure business critical discussion and outcomes
• Contribute to the continued development of dentsu Consulting offerings, methods, tools, and knowledge base in areas such as commercial growth, innovation, and strategy design.
   

We believe you have:

• 2–4 years experience in consulting, strategy, commercial development, or related advisory work.
• Relevant Masters degree from University or Business School
• Proven ability to structure complex problems and communicate solutions clearly to senior stakeholders.
• A collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset – eager to take on responsibility
• Curious mind-set and good to adapt in fast-changing environments.
   

This is a role for someone who wants to deepen their consulting expertise, while becoming a trusted advisor in shaping commercial strategy and guiding clients through transformation journeys.
