Responsibilities:- Develop detailed facade layouts and design documentation for high-rise buildings using Revit.
- Create and optimize facade modulation and building envelope designs.
- Define, develop, and maintain Revit families and family libraries.
- Extract schedules, quantities, and technical data from Revit models.
- Prepare sections, elevations, isometric views, and detailed construction drawings.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
- Support the development of BIM standards and drafting best practices.
- 5+ years of experience as a Revit Draftsman or BIM Modeler.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience preparing detailed architectural or facade construction drawings.
- Experience creating and managing Revit families.
- Ability to extract schedules and technical information from Revit models.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of construction documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience designing building facades or curtain wall systems.
- Experience with Revit plugins related to facade engineering.
- Knowledge of facade wind load or structural load calculations.
- Rendering and visualization experience.
- Experience exporting production drawings to SolidWorks.
- Previous experience working on high-rise or complex building envelope projects.
