Titre de poste : Conseillère recrutement

Responsabilités :

  •  Développer et maintenir des relations avec les universités et les écoles pour les programmes de stages ou d'autres activités conformément aux accords de partenariat mondiaux ou locaux; 

  • Identifier, évaluer, proposer et mettre en œuvre des projets d'amélioration continue pour les processus de recrutement;

  • Collaborer avec les équipes Airbus « Early Career » pour assurer l'alignement avec les programmes et initiatives mondiaux tels que VIE, AGGP;

  • Collaborer avec les partenaires RH et les différents secteurs d’activité pour comprendre les futurs besoins de l'organisation et traduire la stratégie d'affaires en besoins de capital humain pour les talents en début de carrière;

  • Collaborer avec la spécialiste, marketing employeur pour planifier et participer à différents événements de recrutement tels que les salons de l'emploi, les événements de réseautage et scolaires;

  • Responsable du cycle complet de recrutement de tous les postes « Early Career » (affichage, sélection des CV, entrevues, débriefings et offres) y compris la gestion des cycles de stages;

  • Développer et mettre en place des initiatives visant l'expérience des stagiaires, y compris l'intégration, les sessions/programmes d'engagement (en collaboration avec le point de contact local pour l'intégration), et la préparation des fins de programme et des transitions vers des rôles permanents;

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la spécialiste, marque employeur pour aligner la planification complète du cycle des programmes et initiatives sur les campus afin de susciter l'intérêt pour Airbus, en particulier pour nos programmes de stages, en veillant à ce que les initiatives d'inclusion et de diversité soient intégrées dans la stratégie; y compris l'alignement sur les écoles cibles identifiées (universités et écoles techniques);

  • Développer et fournir des indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) et d'efficacité globale des différents programmes et processus de recrutement; et 

  • Supporter l’équipe acquisition des talents selon les besoins opérationnels.​

Compétences requises :

  • Détenir un diplôme de 2e cycle en ressources humaines et/ou gestion des ressources humaines ;

  • Posséder deux (2) ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire dans une entreprise internationale;

  • Bilinguisme : français et anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit ;

  • Vous êtes un.e excellent.e communicateur.trice avec la capacité de bâtir et de maintenir de bonnes relations ;

  • Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise de la plateforme Workday ;

  • Vous maîtrisez la suite Google et plus spécifiquement Google Sheets afin de créer des fichiers permettant de générer des statistiques et tableaux de bord ;

  • Vous êtes axé.e sur les résultats, organisé.e et capable de planifier et de respecter les échéanciers ;

  • Vous faites preuve d'initiative et de jugement ;

  • Vous excellez dans un environnement au rythme rapide où le travail est soutenu et souvent interrompu ;

Job title: Recruitment Advisor

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities and schools for internship programs or other activities in accordance with global or local partnership agreements;

  • Identify, evaluate, propose, and implement continuous improvement projects for recruitment processes;

  • Collaborate with Airbus "Early Career" teams to ensure alignment with global programs and initiatives such as VIE, AGGP;

  • Collaborate with HR partners and various business units/sectors to understand the future needs of the organization and translate business strategy into early career human capital needs;

  • Collaborate with the Employer Marketing Specialist to plan and participate in different recruitment events such as job fairs, networking events, and school events;

  • Responsible for the full recruitment cycle for all "Early Career" positions (posting, resume screening, interviews, debriefs, and offers) including managing internship cycles;

  • Develop and implement initiatives aimed at the intern experience, including onboarding, engagement sessions/programs (in collaboration with the local onboarding focal point), and preparation for program exits and transitions to permanent roles;

  • Work closely with the Employer Branding Specialist to align the complete planning cycle of campus programs and initiatives to generate interest in Airbus, particularly for our internship programs, ensuring that inclusion and diversity initiatives are embedded into the strategy; including alignment on identified target schools (universities and technical schools);

  • Develop and provide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overall effectiveness of the different programs and recruitment processes; and

  • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Profile:

  • Hold a graduate degree (master's level or equivalent) in Human Resources and/or Human Resources Management;

  • Have two (2) years of experience in a similar role within an international company;

  • Bilingualism: French and English, both spoken and written;

  • You are an excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain good relationships;

  • You have a strong command and knowledge of the Workday platform;

  • You are proficient with the Google Suite, specifically Google Sheets, and are able to create files for generating statistics, dashboards and following KPIs;

  • You are results-oriented, organized, and capable of planning and meeting deadlines;

  • You demonstrate initiative and judgment;

  • You excel in a fast-paced environment where the work rhythm is quick and often interrupted; and

  • You are available for frequent travel (local) related to the role.
