As a Connectivity Project Manager, you will be a key execution partner within cross-functional connectivity teams, working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Support, Sales, and external partners. You will own key steps in the end-to-end delivery of multiple complex outbound integrations in parallel as well as the ongoing monitoring and operational stability of our existing outbound connectors. Acting as the central point of coordination, you will ensure that integrations move from feasibility to go-live in a predictable, transparent, and scalable way.
You will also serve as the voice of the Connectivity Business Operations teams towards product development, helping shape future connectivity capabilities by feeding back operational and analytical insights, partner needs, and delivery constraints.
Successful Connectivity Project Managers at GetYourGuide are strong coordinators, trusted partners to suppliers, and champions of clarity and accountability across highly technical, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Your mission- Manage the execution of multiple complex connectivity projects, from partner onboarding and feasibility assessment through, testing, go-live, and post-go-live phases.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external connectivity partners and their engineering teams, ensuring clear alignment on timelines, responsibilities, technical and business expectations.
- Coordinate closely with Product Managers on the development and long-term evolution of outbound connectors and our Connectivity Hub, representing delivery realities and operational feedback into product discussions.
- Closely collaborate with the Engineering team to manage dependencies and external stakeholders, and support driving predictable delivery across parallel integrations.
- Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment across Engineering, Product, Commercial, Sales, Support, and external partners.
- Serve as a point of contact for commercial and sales enablement related to our outbound connectors, supporting partner conversations and readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement of connectivity processes, documentation, monitoring and ways of working to increase operational excellence and scalability.
- Identify risks early, proactively manage issues, and ensure clear communication and clean escalation where needed.
- Experience as a technical or digital Project Manager planning and delivering multiple, parallel, complex, cross-functional projects in a technology-driven environment, ideally involving API-based integrations or platform capabilities
- Strong understanding of API technologies, web services, and marketplace or partner integrations, with the ability to read and interpret technical specifications and collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive risk and issue management skills, including early identification, mitigation, and clear escalation when needed
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging internal and external stakeholders across technical, commercial, and operational contexts
- Strong analytical and BI skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and support operational and delivery improvements
- Structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective solutions in complex and ambiguous situations
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, reliable integration outcomes
- Ownership-driven and improvement-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt ways of working and continuously raise operational standards
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Industry experience in Shows and Events or Tours and Attractions is a plus
