JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role of team:

The team acts as the middleware between supplier systems and client platforms, ensuring that product data is accurately mapped, technically integrated, and commercially aligned across global sales channels. They are responsible for maintaining the health and performance of connectivity solutions, supporting onboarding, and resolving integration issues.

The role

 Lead and develop the Connectivity team to deliver seamless supplier product integrations into client channels by providing strategic direction, technical oversight, and operational support. Ensure the reliability and performance of connections through proactive monitoring and hands-on intervention when required.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of connectivity specialists to deliver supplier product integrations and client onboarding, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Oversee and optimise supplier product data setup and maintenance across platforms to ensure accuracy, usability, and commercial viability.
  • Manage and support client integration processes, including mapping, testing, and certification of data exchange, ensuring timely and effective delivery
  • Monitor and maintain technical connections between supplier and client systems, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Drive automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual workload across connectivity operations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver tailored reporting and invoicing solutions based on client size and transaction volume.
  • Act as escalation point for helpdesk and integration-related queries, ensuring resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Define and track KPIs for team performance, integration health, and conversion metrics, using tools like Tableau and Jira.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
  • Technical fluency in OTA/XML, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Tableau
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Commercial awareness and channel management understanding
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in a managerial role in integrations, connectivity, or channel management
  • Experience in travel or SaaS technology sectors
  • Proven success in project delivery and team development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
  • Preferred background in travel industry or SaaS environments preferred
