  • Enhance the Agent Channel by leading significant improvements to our agent portal, making it easier for thousands of agents to research, buy, and service policies.
  • Collaborate and Communicate effectively, acting as a crucial product liaison to ideate, prioritise requests, and ensure delivery meets cross-functional expectations.
  • Manage the Agile Development Lifecycle, prioritising a constant stream of validated delivery objectives that directly support the company's ambitious growth plans.
