Key Responsibilities:  

  • Drive the continuous development of the connected marine services platform to meet customer needs.

  • Navigate the complexity of developing new features, adding new applications to the platform, scaling up, while meeting today´s and future customer needs. 

  • Identify and analyze customer requirements to enhance the platform's offerings. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new services and products into the platform. 

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure our platform remains competitive. 

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction. 

  • Provide training and support for internal teams and customers with new features and services. 

  • Support the team in daily activities, including customer interactions, training sessions, create necessary documentation, and marketing material. 

  

  

What you know  

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.

  • Knowledge/Experience in the IoT principles (cloud development like Azure, databases, algorithm development, IT security, communication technologies) 

  • Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.

  • Good communication skills and English language are required.
