The TigerConnect team is seeking aConfiguration Specialistfocused on our TigerConnect software, with a major focus on our newly signed SMB clientele. Responsibilities include installing core products, configuring client specific product options, and at times, training new clients remotely. The Implementation and Configuration Specialist will at times also assist clients in identifying use cases where the solution creates efficiencies - ultimately driving outcomes and ROI for the client.
We are looking for a collaborative, self-directed learner with a penchant for problem-solving and software configuration that shows up to work daily with a positive attitude. This opening is an onsite position; at this time, we are not hiring for a remote position.
To be successful in this role, you must love a challenge, taking on multiple tasks, and a fast-paced environment. Candidates can prove their value quickly by learning existing software solutions, looking at ways to improve processes, and taking action to execute, and delighting our customers.
You will work closely with our customers and internal teams to ensure that project timelines are met, SOW deliveries are on point, and for meeting project milestones.
What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide implementation and support services to new, and sometimes existing clients, through configuration of our proprietary software according to TigerConnect SOPs
  • Responsible for preparing computer applications, systems, and software for use to meet our customer's needs resulting in on time and on budget implementations and high customer satisfaction results
  • Organizing and conducting training remotely with end users (physicians, administrators and staff) on how to use the software and assisting in developing and maintaining training and implementation materials to ensure client utilization and success
  • Establish deep subject matter expertise across the TigerSchedule product line
  • Manage multiple implementation/configuration projects and priorities with competing deadlines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of the projects or deliverables if part of a larger project
  • Provide consistent communication of project status and health to the client and internal stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
  • Ensure project is clearly documented, and any changes are appropriately managed and communicated including development and maintenance of project documentation, including checklists, project plans, status reports, and risk and issue logs as required
  • Proactively communicate necessary details and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, solution design, and clinical teams, to ensure alignment, ensure tasks completion, and successful delivery of the project


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience and demonstrated success in enterprise project management, preferably in a healthcare technology or SaaS environment
  • Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated ability to work well with others and the ability to manage their time
  • Superior organizational skills - demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining clear attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer relationship skills - proven ability to collaborate and communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Ability to interact with high level customers and involved in collaboration, design, implementation, and involvement of project planning
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
  • Must be fluent in English
