Northrop Grumman is in need of a Configuration Data Management Controller level 2 to work at its ABL facility in Rocket Center, West Virginia.

This position will be located at on-site at our Rocket Center, WV location. No remote work is available for this position.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

  • Reviews engineering documentation, reports, specifications, and drawings to determine documentation and material requirements, ensure compliance with engineering specifications, and to ensure engineering orders reflect latest requirements.
  • Analyzes proposed changes in product design to determine effect on documents such as drawings, test specifications, manuals, and ensures all documents have required approvals.
  • Compiles release packages ensuring all documentation is present.
  • Notifies appropriate departments of any new or updated data.
  • Maintains audit trails.
  • Researches and resolves inconsistencies with design, production, material, or program office
  • Ability to format in MS word and MS excel
  • Deliver documents to specific work areas multiple times a week.
  • Other Duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of related experience
  • Able to work on multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Detail oriented when reading and correcting documents
  • Prior data entry experience
  • The Controller may support audits of the ERP data and processes
  • Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency is Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Bachelors degree preferred, BS in STEM field highly preferred

Primary Level Salary Range: $37,400.00 - $62,400.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
