Experienced administrator of engineering records in 3D-DRIVE system (PLM). Creating and maintaining Engineering bills of material. Administrative and technical support to Design Engineering Department. Analysis of requests (ECR) for the production or modification of documents, drawings.
Responsibilities
Product Lifecycle management administrator - train all users, support users in daily process issues in regular design work request. Cooperate with PLM project team representor in Brno Engineering team. Especially for issues reporting, resolution, system validation for CC related.
Release drawings and 3D models in the system. Creation and maintenance of EBOMs and Part attributes include: Creation of master data within 3DD which includes EBOMs and transfer of this data into SAP.
Processes, reviews and validates ECRs (Engineering Change Requests): their impact on the drawing as well as the conformity and clarity of the request. Identifies the necessary approvals, as need cooperate with requestor & approver on proper judgement to speed up ECR process and reduce CT on. Supports data correction request (DCR) activity.
