We are looking for a skilled and motivated Engineering & IT professional to contribute to technology-driven projects across engineering, digital, and IT environments. The role is suited for someone who enjoys working on challenging technical assignments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering reliable solutions for global customers.

You will have the opportunity to work across diverse engineering and technology initiatives while contributing to projects involving areas such as Mechanical, Electrical, Embedded Systems, VLSI, Software, and Digital Technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements, technical specifications, and customer expectations.
• Contribute to the design, development, implementation, testing, or validation of assigned engineering and technology solutions.
• Work on projects across relevant engineering or IT domains based on business and project requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, software, embedded, VLSI, infrastructure, and project teams.
• Develop, configure, test, troubleshoot, and maintain technical solutions as required.
• Analyze technical issues and identify effective solutions through structured problem-solving.
• Participate in design discussions, technical reviews, testing, validation, and project planning activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, specifications, reports, and project records.
• Support project teams in meeting quality, technical, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve technical dependencies and issues.
• Follow established engineering, development, testing, documentation, and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve technical processes, solution quality, and project efficiency.
• Stay updated with relevant technologies, engineering practices, tools, and industry developments.
• Support customer-facing or global project engagements when required.
• Contribute to successful project delivery while maintaining attention to quality, timelines, and technical standards.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of professional experience in engineering, software, IT, embedded systems, VLSI, or a related technical field.
• Strong technical fundamentals with the ability to understand and work with complex engineering or technology requirements.
• Experience contributing to engineering, software, IT, embedded, semiconductor, automotive, aerospace, industrial, or related projects.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to technical challenges.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience with relevant engineering or technology tools, platforms, programming languages, or development environments based on the area of specialization.
• Strong understanding of software or engineering development and testing practices.
• Good documentation and technical reporting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage assigned tasks independently while collaborating with project and technical teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and timely delivery.
• Adaptable and comfortable working across different technologies, projects, and customer requirements.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and engineering practices.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline is preferred.
