The Opportunity:
CACI is currently seeking a Computer Systems Analyst III in support of a program whose initiative is aimed at combating evolving and emerging threats, supporting related exploitation and replication activities, and advancing operational rehearsal, exercise, wargaming, and counter system development. Additionally, we are focusing on integration and experimentation, including Modeling and Simulation.
This critical role supports engineering and professional services for system-of-systems (SoS) systems engineering, Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) modeling and simulation, and multi-domain operations for Department of Defense customers.

Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical expertise supporting modeling and simulation systems engineering across the full acquisition lifecycle.
Systems Analysis & Integration: Analyze complex science, engineering, business, and data processing problems to develop and implement solutions for applications, system administration, and network concerns
Perform systems management and integration functions for modeling and simulation infrastructure, improving existing computer systems and evaluating system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations
Support systems engineering tasks across all life cycle phases for aviation, ground, missile, space, sea, and soldier weapon systems, programs, and projects
Review and assess computer system capabilities, conduct trade studies, and recommend commercially available software solutions
Support development and maintenance of M&S systems infrastructure including hardware, software, networks, and security accreditations
Support data ecosystem development for simulation data, including big data management and analytics infrastructure
Provide technical expertise for configuration management and verification, validation, and accreditation (VV&A) of solutions developed or leveraged by DEVCOM and DoD customers
Work collaboratively with other contractors, government partners, system primes/OEMs, industry vendors, and OTA partners in performance of mission objectives
Provide technical and logistical support for exercises and events, potentially including 24/7 operations, offsite help desk services, and onsite face-to-face support
Qualifications:
Required:
Associate of Arts (AA) degree or 2-year technical school
5 Years or experience
8+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree
Active TS/SCI clearance
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex systems
Experience with systems management and integration functions
Knowledge of computer system capabilities, workflow analysis, and scheduling
Familiarity with commercially available software evaluation and recommendation
Understanding of DoD acquisition lifecycle processes
Experience with configuration management practices
Desired:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
Experience supporting DoD modeling and simulation environments strongly preferred
Experience with system-of-systems architectures and complex integration efforts
Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies
Familiarity with LVC (Live-Virtual-Constructive) simulation environments
Knowledge of systems engineering standards (IEEE 15288, 15288.1, 15288.2)
Experience supporting INDOPACOM or other Combatant Commands
Professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA Security+, Systems Engineering)
Experience with DoD cybersecurity policies and Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Familiarity with simulation tools such as JTLS-GO, OneSAF, JSAF, WARSIM, or similar platforms
Maintains deep knowledge of Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, and Momentum).
