This role sits within the Compute Platform Engineering team in PIE, providing the core compute services backing FactSet.dev, FactSet’s internal developer platform (IDP). FactSet.io and Kubernetes are FactSet’s primary containerized compute platforms, running thousands of apps with large-scale clustered compute resources in FactSet data centers and cloud hyperscalers.
We are looking for a Compute Platform Ops Lead to build and lead a team focused on keeping the running compute platforms in peak condition and ensuring platform users are well supported. You will manage a team of Compute Platform Ops Engineers to provide first-tier support, review and implement component upgrades and make improvements to reduce our operational burdens and optimize incident response.
The position and team will be based in Hyderabad, India.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent professional experience
