Rattaché(e) au Responsable Comptable et intégré(e) à une équipe conviviale de 6 personnes, vous prenez en main la gestion de la comptabilité fournisseurs dans le respect des procédures et des délais. Vous êtes un véritable acteur du bon fonctionnement de notre chaîne financière !
🚀 Vos missions (non exhaustives)
Au quotidien, vous serez amené(e) à :
- Gérer le cycle complet des factures fournisseurs, de leur réception jusqu’à leur mise en paiement
- Assurer le suivi des comptes (relances, analyse des écarts, traitement des factures en attente)
- Identifier et résoudre les litiges en collaboration avec les services internes
- Participer activement aux clôtures comptables (provisions, écritures…)
- Réaliser les contrôles mensuels pour garantir la fiabilité des données comptables et fiscales
- Vérifier et valider les notes de frais
- Contribuer aux déclarations fiscales (TVA…) dans le respect des échéances
- Être l’interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) de nos fournisseurs, en assurant une relation de qualité

Formation supérieure en comptabilité.
Expérience d’environ 2 ans en comptabilité fournisseurs.
