The selected candidate will be a high energy, results driven individual who will play a key role in preparing Stellantis to launch new vehicles and powertrains. The Component & Options Planning (COPS/PVS) team within the Supply Chain organization is responsible to provide long range part volumes, accurate product plan mix rates and works in partnership with other cross functional organizations to ensure vehicles and programs are buildable. The Component & Options Planning Manager will lead a team of 4 analysts to ensure data provided is accurate and timely. The manager will be responsible to drive system enhancements, process improvement initiatives and coordinate with other organizations such as Long Range Volume Planning, Product Planning, Purchasing, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering and ICT.
Preferred QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's from an accredited university in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or related degree
- 10+ years of related work experience
