Job Description:Assists in the implementation and operation of the Essentia Health Organizational Integrity & Compliance Program (“Program”). Responsible for implementing assigned elements of the Essentia Health Program consistent with the overall Program. May also assist the Chief Compliance Officer, management team and senior compliance specialists in developing aspects of Program strategy and system-wide policies, procedures, plans and processes.

- Bachelor’s degree required with a preference in healthcare, business, health information, social work, nursing, administrative, technical or related field.

- 3 years healthcare experience
As a Compliance Specialist at Essentia Health you will:
- Assist in the implementation and operation of the Essentia Health Organizational Integrity & Compliance Program
- Assist the Chief Compliance Officer, management team, and senior compliance specialists in developing aspects of Program strategy and system-wide policies, procedures, plans and processes
- Effectively and accurately analyze health care laws and regulations
- Effectively communicate regulatory requirements to business leaders, physicians, and other key stakeholders
