Why this role mattersThis role is based in our Limassol office. This role is ideal for someone passionate about applying AI to solve real-world Compliance challenges. Over the next eight months, you'll lead initiatives that enhance processes, improve productivity, and help shape the future of AI-enabled Compliance operations.
What you'll actually do- Assist in analysing Compliance processes, systems and data to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, improved controls and enhanced reporting
- Design and build AI-assisted workflows for recurring analysis, reporting, documentation and knowledge management tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and analytics solutions into existing Compliance workflows.
- Prepare documentation, user guidance, and best practices to support the adoption and scaling of AI-enabled solutions.
- Degree in a technical
- 2+ years of professional experience in a related technical role
- Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools to automate workflows, analyse information and improve business processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and analytics solutions into existing Compliance workflows
- Comfortable with 8 months contract duration
