This Position reports to:
Lead IS Compliance Manager for Finance IS DomainYour responsibilities
- Manage and oversee compliance activities for the CFIN (Corporate Finance) SAP S/4HANA application
- Act as SME for regulatory requirements (SOX, Data Privacy, ESG) within an established control framework
- Ensure effectiveness and sustainability of existing controls embedded in CFIN processes and SAP S/4HANA
- Guide stakeholders on proper execution, documentation, and optimization of controls
- Review control design and execution quality, and challenge where improvements are needed
- Monitor compliance status and report to management
- Identify control gaps or weaknesses (process & SAP configuration) and drive remediation
- Support internal and external audits, including SAP-based evidence
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and SAP teams to maintain and enhance compliance framework
- Drive continuous improvement and deliver compliance training and awareness
Your background / expectations
- Experience in compliance/internal controls in SAP finance environments (S/4HANA preferred)
- Strong understanding of SAP finance processes (GL, AP, AR, etc.) and existing control frameworks
- Knowledge of SOX, ITGC, and frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 2700x)
- Experience in control testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement (not only design/implementation)
- Ability to assess control effectiveness and identify improvement areas
- Experience with audits and working with auditors
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
