Manage Compliance activities within IT Business Applications department for the domain SCM.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do
You will combine governance leadership with hands-on execution, including:
• Own and manage the SCM compliance framework (JSOX, SoD, GITC) across systems and processes
• Ensure audit readiness and coordinate internal and external audits (e.g., Deloitte)
• Define, implement, and monitor effective controls and governance processes
• Identify control gaps and drive remediation initiatives to closure
• Act as the primary point of contact for auditors and compliance stakeholders
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to embed compliance into system design and operations
• Lead root cause analyses of control failures and ensure sustainable resolution
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, controls, and governance frameworks
• Provide expert guidance on compliance, risk, and control-related topics
Qualifications
What You Bring
Experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT, compliance, or governance roles within SCM environments
• Strong experience with JSOX, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and IT General Controls (GITC)
• Functional knowledge of SCM processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, etc.)
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle R12, SAP (Cloud), or similar
• Proven track record in risk management and internal control frameworks
• Experience working in complex, international stakeholder environments
• Hands-on experience with control implementation and evidence collection
• Proven track record in selecting and implementing GRC and SoD solutions
Nice to Have
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Management)
• CISA or similar certification
