Position Summary:
The Compliance Initiatives Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing compliance efforts across the firm, focusing on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) initiatives. This position requires strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinates IT and administrative work for the AML program across the firm to ensure alignment with compliance requirements

Project coordination for compliance initiatives, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items

Serves as a technical resource for conducting training sessions, providing technical guidance and expertise support

Provides administrative support and manage tasks within compliance tools

Assists in data gathering and coordination for audits and inspections

Performs compliance-related information governance tasks to maintain data integrity and confidentiality

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance strategies

Provides overflow coverage to local compliance teams and assist with ad hoc projects

Monitors industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance

Qualifications & Prior Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance-related role, preferably in AML initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience coordinating IT projects and managing workflows in a compliance setting

Familiarity with compliance tools and software

Experience with data analysis and report generation
