What you will do
Johnson Controls (the "Company") is seeking an experienced data analytics, AI, and digital professional to serve as Coordinator, Compliance Data Analytics, Monitoring and AI. This role will support the execution and delivery of the Ethics and Compliance (E&C) function's data analytics, monitoring, AI, and digital strategy.
The primary objective of the role is to strengthen the Company's ability to prevent and detect compliance risks by turning data into insight. The role will help the E&C function identify emerging risks earlier, respond to them faster, and reduce the likelihood and severity of issues that could negatively impact the Company. Collectively, this role supports a more proactive, resilient, and data-driven compliance program.
This person will work closely with the compliance team and other stakeholders, and will report to the Associate Director, Integrity Helpline and Compliance Digital Projects and have a dotted line reporting to the Compliance Director, India.
What you will do
Supporting the development and operation of the Ethics and Compliance (E&C) data analytics and monitoring program, including identifying and collecting relevant data, developing customer and supplier transaction analytics, and developing automated anomaly detection to identify fraud, waste, and abuse
Developing analytics and tools that consolidate and analyze E&C data to identify emerging risks and provide insights and context to the E&C team and other stakeholders
Designing, building, deploying, maintaining, and continuously improving Copilot Studio AI agents that support employees with compliance topics, and inform and strengthen the E&C program
Developing and implementing agentic AI solutions to automate recurring E&C tasks and processes
Building and analyzing Power BI dashboards and reports to surface risk trends, insights, and program performance for the E&C team and business leaders
Maintaining the E&C program's key performance indicators and Bowler charts, and supporting the consolidation and automation of E&C reporting
Collaborating with E&C, IT, and other stakeholders to understand needs, obtain the data and tools required to deliver initiatives, and stay current with the latest technological developments
What we look for:
Candidates for this role must possess the following:
10 years or more of related experience in data analytics and monitoring, AI/automation, and digital solution delivery, preferably in a multi-national corporation.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Power Platform (including Copilot Studio).
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
Proficiency in data visualization, data governance and experience working with enterprise data sources (such as SAP, Oracle, or Snowflake) is preferred.
Knowledge or experience working with Ethics and Compliance is an advantage.
