 Childhelp is a psychiatric residential treatment facility that specializes in the treatment of children aged 5-14 with mild to severe trauma or neglect, psychiatric disorders, and neurodevelopmental disorders.  Our unique location on a 270-acre farm provides a nurturing treatment setting with a variety of therapy resources.  We bring the light of love and healing into the lives of countless abused and neglected children, and those suffering from psychiatric and behavioral disorders.  We take a holistic approach to serving our children along with meeting their physical, emotional and educational needs. Pay: Starting at $55,000/year. Based on Education and Experience

What you will do: The Compliance Coordinator manages overall quality improvement activities that produce more efficient operations and higher quality care to the children assigned to the residential treatment program. Develops programs to review and evaluate resident care and outcomes. Implements strategies and plans for a quality improvement function within the program in collaboration with the administrative and clinical leaders. Tracks and presents results of improvement efforts and ongoing measures of clinical processes to management. The compliance Manager will focus on compliance with licensing and contractual regulations, oversee incident reporting protocols and corrective measures, and ensure compliance with outside agency reporting in a timely manner.

To be considered you should: Be at least 21 years of age ~ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, Bachelors Degree in related field preferred ~ 4 years experience in auditing and regulatory compliance OR Bachelors degree and one year of experience~ Experience with state specific Medicaid procedures ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Schedule: Monday- Friday, Business hours
