Company Description

Catch22 exists to help build a society where everyone has a good place to live, good people around them, and a fulfilling purpose. We call these our '3Ps'.

We achieve this in two ways. First we improve lives on the frontline through delivery of public services. Secondly, we use our knowledge to change 'the system', to fix the complex web that can trap and disempower those it was set up to help.

Job Description

You will work closely with the Connect to Work team leader and employment specialists to ensure all administrative and compliance activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with contractual requirements for the Connect to Work contract (St Helens & Wirral delivery areas). You will support the delivery of the Connect to Work programme by maintaining high-quality records, preparing for audits, and helping ensure compliance with contract, data security, and quality standards.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting compliance & administration activities across the Liverpool Connect to Work programme
  • Assisting the Employment Specialists with accuracy of participant and programme records on the CRM system.
  • Supporting data quality checks, file reviews, and audit activity to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Assisting with the preparation of documentation required for internal audits, external audits, and monitoring activity.
  • Supporting compliance processes associated with Catch22, Liverpool City Region Combined Authority and the prime provider's quality standards.
  • Assisting with fidelity checks and quality assurance activity to help ensure delivery aligns with the Supported Employment Fidelity Scale (SEQF) framework
  • Ensuring information is managed securely and in accordance with GDPR, data protection, and information security requirements.
  • Providing administrative support to programme delivery, meetings, events, and operational activities as required.
