C.H. Robinson is seeking an Export Compliance Analyst to help protect and strengthen our global sanctions compliance program. In this role, you will support critical Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) compliance and Denied Party Screening activities, review potential matches, and help drive timely, accurate screening decisions that keep business moving. You will partner with teams across the U.S. and globally to identify and mitigate sanctions risk while supporting compliant and efficient transaction flows. Responsibilities:The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Review and resolve potential screening matches by distinguishing true hits from false positives
- Escalate high-risk findings to compliance leadership and support timely risk-based decision-making
- Maintain clear, accurate, and audit-ready documentation of screening outcomes and rationale
- Conduct sanctions-related reviews across transactions, customers, and third parties
- Identify potential sanctions red flags, compliance risks, and escalation needs
- Support sanctions investigations, internal reviews, and ongoing compliance monitoring efforts
- Partner with business stakeholders to provide guidance on screening results, requirements, and next steps
- Help strengthen and align global sanctions policies, procedures, and controls
- Support the administration, tuning, and optimization of screening tools, list management, and data quality processes
- Track key screening metrics, improve efficiency by reducing false positives, and support audits, testing, and training initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 2 years of export experience
- Flexibility to participate in occasional off-hours meetings to support global teams across multiple time zones
- Minimum of 2 years experience with sanctions compliance, denied party screening, trade compliance, and financial crimes compliance
- Strong knowledge of OFAC regulations and sanctions frameworks
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
- Proven critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt to ever-changing tasks and customer needs
- Ability to work and communicate across the C.H. Robinson network offices at all levels of the organization

Compensation Range
$45,300.00 - $95,600.00The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
