About this Position

The Compliance Analyst works on the Electronic Communications Team and is responsible for monitoring agent and client electronic communications to ensure that all compliance policies are adhered. The position maintains knowledge and understanding of all product lines offered and company policies regarding mutual fund, variable annuity, and life insurance and loan businesses. 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience in the financial services industry
  • SIE, Series 6 & Series 26 licenses required (or obtained with a Learning Agreement)
  • Fundamental understanding of industry regulations
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Ability and willingness to learn new skills related to the successful achievement of departmental goals
  • Ability to adapt to changes in rules/procedures easily
  • Ability to self-motivate and work in an inter-dependent team environment
  • Ability to recognize legal and regulatory issues affecting the liability of the Company
  • Ability to meet daily goals
  • Bilingual is a plus

This is a hybrid position.

The estimated salary range for this role is: 60K
