Compiance AdministratorYour responsibilities

  • Implementation of the corporate’s compliance procedures;

  • Liaise with the relevant certifying bodies in view of complying with tender and procurement requirements (e.g. issuance of required certificates);

  • Liaise with the Finance and the Insurance Department respectively regarding bonds and insurance policies related to projects in execution;

  • Coordinate corporate secretarial activities: convocation of corporate bodies, drafting of minutes and subsequent archiving.

Your profile

  • Degree in Law is a plus;

  • 2 years’ experience in similar roles;

  • Fluent in English. All other languages are considered an asset;

  • Excellent analytical skills and written communication is one of your strong points;

  • Hands-on mentality and very business minded;

  • Team player, yet able to work independently and duly manage your workload and priorities;

  • Strong communication and relational skills;

  • Open-minded, flexible and stress resistant;

  • Willing to work at our head office in Italy and/or on international assignments.
