Compiance AdministratorYour responsibilities

Implementation of the corporate’s compliance procedures;

Liaise with the relevant certifying bodies in view of complying with tender and procurement requirements (e.g. issuance of required certificates);
-
Liaise with the Finance and the Insurance Department respectively regarding bonds and insurance policies related to projects in execution;
-
Coordinate corporate secretarial activities: convocation of corporate bodies, drafting of minutes and subsequent archiving.
Your profile
-
Degree in Law is a plus;
-
2 years’ experience in similar roles;
-
Fluent in English. All other languages are considered an asset;

Excellent analytical skills and written communication is one of your strong points;

Hands-on mentality and very business minded;

Team player, yet able to work independently and duly manage your workload and priorities;

Strong communication and relational skills;
-
Open-minded, flexible and stress resistant;
-
Willing to work at our head office in Italy and/or on international assignments.
