Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MoI badges, sponsorships, and employee compliance paperwork.
- Handle Freedom of Movement documentation and approvals.
- Maintain accurate compliance databases and trackers.
- Draft official correspondence to government and non-government entities.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure compliance is up to date.
- Support day-to-day compliance administration and special matters.
- Follow up and liaise with the Ministry of Oil and Midland Oil Company regarding relevant matters
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all compliance matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Knowledge of Iraqi law, MoI procedures, and compliance documentation.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Fluent in Arabic and advanced English; strong communication skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to handle pressure.
