Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled, experienced, and motivated Competitive Intelligence Operation Lead to join our Global Customer and Market Intelligence team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the enablement and management of the Crayon Competitive Intelligence platform and the Clozd Win-Loss platform, transforming fragmented market signals and direct buyer feedback into actionable strategic advantages.
You will act as the Center of Excellence lead for Crayon and Clozd, overseeing their successful integration with commercial systems and driving platform adoption across sales, product, and marketing teams to improve win rates, optimize product roadmaps, and enhance go-to-market strategies.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Platform Management and Optimization: Lead the end-to-end management, operation, and optimization of the Crayon Competitive Intelligence platform and the Clozd Win-Loss platform across all Iron Mountain business units, leveraging artificial intelligence capabilities for advanced analysis and instant buyer insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Enablement: Partner with Iron Mountain Information Technology teams to execute integration roadmaps with key systems—including Salesforce, Seismic, Gong, People.ai/Backstory, and Google Workspace—while driving cross-functional adoption and serving as the internal subject matter expert across sales, product, and marketing.
Program Execution and Compliance: Manage the execution of the Clozd Win-Loss program and Crayon content, ensuring all automated workflows, interview guides, and dynamically updated battlecards adhere to organizational standards while monitoring platform success metrics like seller login rates and influenced revenue.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of progressive experience in Competitive Intelligence, market intelligence, or platform management within a complex Business-to-Business (B2B) enterprise.
Strong knowledge and deep experience with the Crayon Competitive Intelligence platform and the Clozd Win-Loss platform, including a proven ability to leverage integrated artificial intelligence tools for actionable insights.
Proven ability in technical project management, specifically managing relationships with the Information Technology function to execute integrations between Competitive Intelligence/Win-Loss platforms and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Sales Enablement systems like Salesforce, Seismic, and Gong.
A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science (BA/BS) degree in business, marketing, or a related analytical field.
