Are you curious about being part of our growth story while evolving your skills in a culture that will welcome your unique contributions? If so, let's start the conversation.
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Competitive Intelligence Platforms Associate to join our Global Customer and Market Intelligence team. In this role, you will be the primary administrator, champion, and operational backbone of our core intelligence tools: the Crayon Competitive Intelligence platform and the Clozd Win-Loss platform. Instead of conducting the primary market analysis yourself, your mission is to manage, optimise, and scale these platforms. You will ensure that fragmented market signals and direct buyer feedback are seamlessly captured, organised, and delivered to the right teams at the right time. As our internal platform specialist, you will drive user adoption across sales, product, and marketing teams—empowering them with the high-quality, automated data they need to improve win rates and enhance go-to-market strategies.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Platform Management and Operations: Oversee the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of the Crayon and Clozd platforms across all Iron Mountain business units. Ensure AI capabilities and automated workflows are fully leveraged to surface instant insights.
System Integration and Collaboration: Partner closely with Iron Mountain IT teams to maintain and execute integration roadmaps, connecting Crayon and Clozd with key commercial systems like Salesforce, Seismic, Gong, People.ai/Backstory, and Google Workspace.
Enablement and Adoption: Serve as the internal system expert and "Center of Excellence" lead. Design and deliver training, support users, and drive active platform adoption across sales, product, and marketing teams.
Program & Content Maintenance: Manage the technical execution of the Clozd Win-Loss program and Crayon feeds. Ensure automated workflows, interview distributions, and dynamic Battlecards are technically sound, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational standards.
Metrics and Reporting: Monitor, track, and report on platform health and success metrics, including user login rates, content engagement, and platform-influenced revenue.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Platform Administration Experience: Proven experience managing, administering, or driving adoption for enterprise software platforms (B2B SaaS experience preferred).
Tool Expertise: Direct experience with or a strong technical aptitude for mastering the Crayon Competitive Intelligence platform and the Clozd Win-Loss platform, including their built-in AI tools.
Technical Project Management: A track record of working alongside IT/Operations functions to support software integrations, specifically connecting intelligence platforms to CRMs (Salesforce) or Sales Enablement tools (Seismic, Gong).
Service-Oriented Mindset: Strong communication skills with a passion for training others, troubleshooting technical issues, and making complex tools user-friendly for non-technical teams.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
What We Offer

Flexible work options and alternative work arrangements to support work-life balance.
