Job Description

We are looking for a Compensation Specialist to join our Total Rewards team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual who is eager to develop expertise in Compensation & Benefits within a global organization.

In this role, you will support key Total Rewards processes and projects, working closely with HR, managers, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate execution of compensation activities:

  • Support the delivery of annual compensation processes, including salary review, bonus, and long-term incentive programs
  • Prepare, validate, and analyze compensation data to ensure accuracy and timely execution of reward programs
  • Maintain compensation-related documentation, reports, and communication materials for employees and managers
  • Support the administration and continuous improvement of compensation processes and tools, including SuccessFactors
  • Assist with job evaluation activities and data gathering to support consistent grading decisions
  • Coordinate mobility and relocation activities, including communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare analyses, presentations, and reports to support Total Rewards projects and decision-making
  • Collaborate with HR, managers, and global stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of reward-related initiatives
  • Support ongoing Total Rewards and HR projects as required

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of professional experience in HR, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, Analytics, or a similar area
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large volumes of data and draw insights
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and processes
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic international environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a professional and diplomatic approach
  • Achievement-oriented, proactive, and focused on operational excellence
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken

Skills Required

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
