About the Role
As a Compensation Partner, you will own a portfolio of global business groups, partnering closely with business leaders and HR teams to bring market data, business context, internal perspective, and sound judgment to compensation decisions.
The ideal candidate builds trust and credibility quickly through clear communication, strong client partnership, and a highly consultative, solutions-oriented approach. You'll be expected to bring a point of view, balancing market data, business context, and sound judgment to help the business make informed decisions.

What You'll Do
Own a portfolio of global business groups, building a deep understanding of the organizations you support to proactively identify opportunities, risks, and emerging talent trends.
Partner closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to navigate compensation decisions, using market intelligence, business context, and sound judgment to support escalations and make practical recommendations.
Develop analyses and models, using strong data storytelling to communicate clear options, tradeoffs, and recommendations for the business.
Contribute to the modernization of compensation processes and analysis by identifying opportunities to simplify and scale work, and applying AI-enabled approaches to improve the quality and impact of compensation insights.
Support the design and execution of compensation programs, including annual pay reviews, market pricing, and ad hoc compensation projects.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of progressive compensation experience with increasing levels of responsibility delivering consultative, business-aligned compensation solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate data and market insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
Demonstrated ownership mindset with a track record of independently driving work forward and delivering results.
Intellectual curiosity and business acumen, with the ability to connect information, identify underlying issues, and develop a point of view.
Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity, evolving priorities, and new ways of working, including AI-enabled tools.
Strong business acumen and communication skills, with a track record of building trusted partnerships and influencing decisions across HR and business leadership.
Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills with experience navigating enterprise HR systems (such as Workday).

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,750.00 - $188,750.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
