The Compensation Consultant operates as a strategic business partner to high level management by anticipating, building, and implementing the most complex compensation strategies and programs.

Provides compensation expertise and project management leadership for the most complex client groups.

Partners with and influences high level business leaders in this process ensuring desired plan results, the use of correct plan measures, legal compliance, and the delivery of fully completed on-time plan documents.

Manage large complex projects.

Serves as a high-level connection between multiple business areas so that consistency in compensation approach and practice can be met.

Partners with Human Resources in understanding organizational structures and roles; performs job evaluations, FLSA assessments, position description analysis and determines/recommends pay grades.
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience or high school diploma/GED and 9 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Field of Study: Business, Human Resources
CCP certification
Experience: and 8 years of related experience
Additional Basic Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
