About this role

As our Compensation & Benefits Partner, you'll play a critical role in ensuring Halter's reward programs are accurate, competitive, and exceptionally well run. You'll help own the day-to-day mechanics of remuneration and benefits including job sizing, benchmarking, remuneration reviews, pay equity and benefits administration and be a trusted point of reference for People Managers and the People & Performance team.

This is a role for an exceptional operator, someone who can take existing strategy and principles and translate them into high-quality, scalable execution. You'll take ownership of key reward processes end-to-end, use data and market insight to work through ambiguity, and be relied on to get the details right without needing a playbook for every situation.

You'll be joining at a stage where our reward practices are continuing to evolve as Halter grows globally. You'll help turn that evolution into practical processes, tools and ways of working that make it easier for our teams to make great reward decisions consistently and at pace.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver Halter’s remuneration review, ensuring high-quality execution from market data through to final outcomes and communications.

  2. Deliver job sizing and benchmarking, and maintain compensation structures and tools to ensure they remain accurate, practical and scalable.

  3. Work alongside P&P team members and People Managers to provide clear, practical advice on remuneration and pay decisions.

  4. Deliver pay equity analysis and reporting, identifying insights and opportunities to improve our approach.

  5. Support the delivery and ongoing evolution of Halter’s benefits programs across our global markets.

  6. Manage compensation surveys, market data and vendor relationships to keep our programs current and evidence-based.

  7. Build compensation capability across P&P and People Managers through simple tools, guidance and repeatable processes.

We're looking for someone who
  1. Strong experience in remuneration and benefits, with a track record of owning reward processes in a fast-paced environment.

  2. Hands-on experience in job sizing, benchmarking and remuneration reviews.

  3. Proven ability to take strategic direction and translate it into high-quality execution.

  4. Strong analytical skills, using data and market insight to make sound, well-reasoned recommendations.

  5. An exceptional operator with strong attention to detail who can independently drive work through to completion.

  6. Strong judgement and the ability to work through ambiguity without needing a playbook.

  7. Builds credibility quickly and communicates clearly and confidently with stakeholders.
