About the RoleWe are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to lead all aspects of compensation and equity for Riskified (RSKD) globally. You’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our compensation programs; with a particular focus on Israel and the US markets. You will serve as a focal point for all compensation matters . You’ll bring your compensation experience, advanced data-driven mindset, and business acumen to the the global HR team for Riskified to build upon and elevate our compensation strategy. This role is reporting to the Sr. Director of Compensation,Benefits & HR Operation.
What You'll Be Doing- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation programs aligned with Riskified’s goals and objectives; including base pay, bonuses, incentive and equity plans
- Lead the annual and mid-year compensation cycles ensuring competitiveness, fairness and consistency
- Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis globally
- Develop and maintain salary ranges, pay grades, structures, and guidelines.
- Partner with Recruiting and HR to maintain and build job libraries, job level, and career planning and analysis
- Conduct workforce planning for global sites to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare regular reports on compensation related trends, costs, and utilization
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, ideally in tech
- Global and public company experience is required
- Proven experience working with salary surveys
- Strong business, data analysis, and financial literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of interacting effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior executives and board members
- Proficiency in managing compensation in HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors, preferred)
