We are looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Professional to join our Global team on a 6-month interim contract. We expect a candidate to work 3-5 days a week and being present 1-2 days per week in the office.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of our ongoing projects. This person will participate in developing and implementing comprehensive rewards programs, compensation and budgeting processes.
As an Interim Compensation and Benefits Project Manager, you will:
Within the upcoming EU Pay Transparency Directive to participate in the following processes:
- Identify the overall requirements and potential reporting obligations for the company
- Develop the process and tool of collecting the relevant information for analysis, workout improvement plans
- Work with HR Partners on creating job descriptors and job grading evaluation process, coordinating work around creating career frameworks
- Creating repository for Job descriptions and process for new and current job evaluation
- Review current market pricing and salary scales process, prepare the proposal of possible changes to address Pay Equity and Gender Pay Pap requirements
- Participate in position management project by evaluating the process flow in regards of job evaluation process
- Participate in administrating, streamlining and automation of LTI process
- Participate in any other C&B projects
Qualifications/Experience:
- University level qualification or equivalent within Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent work experience or relevant professional body qualifications.
- 5+ years of experience in Total reward / workforce planning / FP&A.
- Experience working with market salary surveys and compensation benchmarking systems/tools
- Experience in creating job grading structure and job evaluation process.
- Advanced Excel user skills with financial acumen.
- General knowledge of EMEA employment laws and compliance, particularly as it relates to Total Rewards matters as a plus
- Ideally have experience working in a matrix, multi-territory environment.
