Own and close partner deals end-to-end for Nebiuss AI data center expansions: qualify partners, synthesize technical/financial/compliance inputs, lead commercial negotiation, coordinate legal/finance/engineering/compliance workstreams, manage pipeline and handover to deployment, and produce partner-facing materials while engaging C-level counterparts.

Manage and deliver data center IT infrastructure projects (GPU servers, networking, storage). Coordinate stakeholders, lead technical discussions, resolve operational issues, document plans and risks, and support automation and process improvements.

Build and operate services and tooling to automate network lifecycle, ensure safe network changes, develop scalable observability and telemetry, integrate network source-of-truth via APIs, and collaborate with network engineers and SREs to deliver production-grade automation and reliability.

Design, implement, and operate retrieval and knowledge layers for a search vertical. Build ingestion, indexing, entity resolution, structured extraction, and evaluation pipelines. Optimize hybrid (dense+sparse) retrieval, ranking, freshness, and trust metrics, and collaborate with crawling, indexing, and ML teams to improve relevance and production performance.

Own full enterprise sales cycle for AI-focused customers: prospect, qualify, run technical evaluations and POCs, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Build relationships with engineering, AI, product, and executive stakeholders; partner with sales engineering and product; manage pipeline/forecasting in CRM; and shape repeatable enterprise sales processes.

Build production-grade AI agents that plan, call tools, retrieve and reason over web data. Own end-to-end agent behavior from prompts and tool interfaces to evaluation, metrics, and scalable backend infrastructure. Collaborate with search, ML, and product teams to turn model capabilities into reliable, safe features and continually improve agents from usage data.

Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for Tavily. Lead launches, create sales enablement (decks, one-pagers, case studies), run competitive research, partner with demand-gen, and gather customer insights to inform roadmap and messaging.

Lead earned-media and analyst relations to build and protect brand reputation. Own media strategy, write and distribute press materials and thought leadership, manage inbound media and spokesperson prep, drive award and speaking submissions, monitor brand mentions, and partner with product marketing and leadership on launch PR and executive visibility.

Provide IP and IT legal support: review and draft license and SaaS agreements, manage IP outsourcing and software licensing, advise on open-source compliance, collaborate with commercial teams on IP terms, and handle trademark and other IP issues.

Build and operate Nebius's network infrastructure: define SLIs/SLOs, improve site and inter-site reliability, lead incident response and postmortems, develop observability and alerting, automate change workflows, and collaborate with network and platform teams to embed operability.

Serve as a bridge between GTM teams and technical delivery to define, prioritise, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. Lead intake, run discovery workshops, document requirements and acceptance criteria, support Agile delivery, coordinate UAT, improve reporting, automation and data quality, and drive governance and change across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Design, build, and operate Nebius Serverless AI core components (control plane, scheduler, runtime, autoscaler, APIs). Solve cold-start latency, GPU scheduling, multi-tenant isolation, routing. Drive architecture, write design docs, raise engineering standards, run SRE practices, lead incident response, and work with customers and product teams to deliver a scalable, low-latency platform.

Lead development of data center and AI infrastructure projects from executed agreement through construction readiness. Own roadmaps, schedules, budgets, risk registers, permitting, utility coordination, and stakeholder alignment. Deliver development-ready projects to Delivery with complete documentation, readiness gates, and minimized risk while building repeatable standards and governance for future projects.

Lead multidisciplinary technical due diligence for powered land, build-to-suit, and data-center infrastructure. Define scopes, procure and manage consultants, evaluate geotechnical, environmental, utility, and entitlement risks, quantify commercial impacts, recommend mitigations, and present technical recommendations to support acquisition and development decisions. Build repeatable due-diligence standards, playbooks, and a trusted consultant network.

Analyze and administer compensation programs including market pricing, salary structure maintenance, job classification, pay equity analysis, budgeting for merit/bonus cycles, HRIS data audits, reporting, policy documentation, and training HR and managers.
