Build and operate stateful streaming pipelines and Go services that process usage events into accurate, near-real-time billing data. Responsibilities include ingestion, validation, enrichment, pricing, storage integration, usage APIs, billing exports, failure recovery, idempotency, exactly-once processing, reconciliation, scalability, observability, and deployment ownership.

Manage IT infrastructure projects and change requests in data centers supporting GPU clusters, networking, compute, and storage systems. Improve post-sales processes, Jira workflows, dashboards, reporting, playbooks, and documentation while identifying technical gaps and operational blockers across AI cloud infrastructure environments.

Drafts, reviews, and negotiates global technology and commercial agreements, including SaaS, reseller, service-level, procurement, partnership, and data processing agreements. Partners with go-to-market and other stakeholders on customer transactions, privacy, data protection, intellectual property, and cross-border regulatory matters. Develops contract templates, playbooks, legal processes, and practical guidance for global teams while supporting GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, and other privacy compliance requirements.

Redesign and build the Capacity Management Confluence space by interviewing stakeholders, mapping workflows and dependencies, documenting processes and ownership, creating onboarding materials, and improving information architecture based on user feedback. The role requires translating complex technical and managerial information into clear, actionable documentation while collaborating across engineering, supply chain, product, finance, and sales.

Build and maintain user interfaces for complex infrastructure workflows and improve developer tools used by engineering teams and cloud customers. Responsibilities include developing React features, enhancing frontend build systems, libraries, templates, and test automation, collaborating with infrastructure teams, writing maintainable code, participating in reviews, and contributing to frontend standards and documentation.

Own the quota experience across Nebius AI Cloud, including product vision, roadmap, policies, automation, lifecycle management, and capacity tools. Partner with customers, engineering, and internal stakeholders to prioritize opportunities and deliver measurable improvements. Collaborate on APIs, control-plane systems, resource models, and policy enforcement while improving quota requests, approvals, adjustments, and communication. The role requires strong technical, analytical, customer discovery, and stakeholder management skills.

Own end-to-end procurement and supply operations for employee and office IT equipment across Europe and the UK. Responsibilities include supplier sourcing and negotiation, purchasing, inventory and replenishment planning, logistics, deliveries, returns, warranty cases, invoice reconciliation, supplier onboarding, and cross-border shipments. The role also develops scalable supply processes for new offices and countries while partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, suppliers, and logistics providers.

Partners with sales leadership to execute go-to-market strategy and improve revenue operations across the Americas. Owns forecasting, pipeline health, territory alignment, CRM governance, quarterly planning, dashboards, lead routing, and GTM workflows. Collaborates with Finance, Marketing, and other stakeholders to improve reporting, data hygiene, processes, documentation, and system rollouts. Provides analysis and operational insights in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Manage end-to-end immigration cases in the Netherlands and internationally, coordinating employees, HR, Legal, and external immigration providers. Ensure compliant filings, accurate records, deadline tracking, regulatory updates, vendor performance, invoice processing, risk mitigation, and continuous program improvement through KPIs, reporting, feedback, and cost analysis.

The Forward Deployed Engineer will work with customers to implement Tavily's API, design integrations, and facilitate pre-sales and post-deployment support, focusing on AI and agent architectures.

Drive cloud capacity expansion across data centers by analyzing resource consumption, forecasting demand, identifying risks, and translating forecasts into infrastructure requirements. Coordinate procurement, hardware delivery, installation, deployment, and customer availability across supply chain, data center, engineering, product, and business teams.
