What Makes You a Great Fit

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Compensation Analyst to join our People team. In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and analysis of Pebl’s compensation programs, helping ensure our compensation practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business strategy.

You will partner closely with HR, Finance, and executive leadership to deliver insights that support compensation decision-making across the organization, including salary benchmarking, equity programs, and leadership reporting.

This is a fast-paced and highly visible function that helps ensure leadership has the information needed to make thoughtful decisions about our workforce. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, comfortable working with senior stakeholders, and excited to contribute to strategic compensation initiatives.

This role is a fast-paced, highly visible function and may require in-office collaboration as needed to support key cycles and stakeholder needs. This is an opportunity to shine as the point of contact for all things compensation at PEBL.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Analyze and maintain compensation data to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity across the organization.

  • Conduct benchmarking analyses using market surveys (e.g., Radford, Mercer, WTW, Culpepper) to inform compensation recommendations.

  • Support annual compensation cycles, including merit, promotion, and bonus planning, through modeling, analysis, and stakeholder guidance.

  • Build and maintain compensation models, dashboards, and reporting used to support leadership decision-making.

  • Assist in preparing compensation analytics and materials used for executive leadership discussions and Compensation Committee reviews.

  • Support the administration and analysis of equity compensation programs, ensuring alignment with market practices and internal compensation strategy.

  • Partner with HR and Finance stakeholders to provide data-driven compensation recommendations for offers, promotions, and adjustments.

  • Maintain compensation documentation, job architecture alignment, and salary survey participation processes.

  • Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes, tools, and reporting to increase scalability and accuracy.

Let’s Connect If You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3–6 years of compensation, total rewards, or compensation consulting experience.

  • Experience working with compensation surveys (e.g., Radford, Mercer, WTW, Culpepper) and applying market data to inform compensation decisions.

  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, including advanced Excel and the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.

  • Experience supporting compensation cycles (e.g., merit, promotion, bonus planning).

  • Exposure to higher-level compensation work beyond salary administration, such as:

    • Supporting Compensation Committee materials or leadership compensation reporting

    • Exposure to equity compensation programs

    • Experience analyzing executive or leadership compensation decisions

  • Experience partnering with HR and business leaders to provide compensation guidance and insights.

Preferred
  • Experience working in a technology company or high-growth environment, or in a compensation consulting firm (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Aon/Radford).

  • Experience preparing executive-ready compensation analytics, dashboards, or board/leadership materials.

  • Familiarity with compensation tools or HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob, Workday, SAP).
