RingSense AI is RingCentral’s proprietary AI solution. It’s designed to fit the business needs of customers, orchestrated to be accurate and precise, and built on the same open platform principles that RingCentral applies to their core software solutions.

This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Compensation Analyst.

The Compensation Analyst will perform staff support activities to develop, implement and administer Global, Regional and Local compensation policies and programs. 

  • Business Delivery. Performs staff support activities to develop, implement and administer Global, Regional and Local compensation policies and programs. 

  • Analysis and Recommendation. 

    • Analyzes requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate job profile, job level and salary grade assignment.

    • Formulates recommendations regarding development of company salary structure, pay group exemptions, job revisions and organizational structures.

    • Analyzes existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation and recommends appropriate courses of action.

    • May prepare special studies and recommendations on subjects such as benefits improvements, wellness initiatives, incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation, or stock options. 

  • Collaboration and Communication. Works collaboratively with cross functional teams, ensuring common priorities and projects are delivered

  • Administration and Organization. May include administration of domestic and/or international programs.

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Mathematics, Statistics, or any related discipline

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Mid-to advanced Excel proficiency preferred  


Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Mathematics, Statistics, or any related discipline

  • Working Knowledge of the MS Office Suite. Basic proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Mid-to advanced Excel proficiency preferred  

  • Experience in Compensation. Knowledge in compensation is an advantage

  • Experience as a student leader is preferred

  • Passionate, patient, and a quick learner.

  • Excellent Communication Skills. Has superior communication skills, demonstrated organizational skills, and ability to work independently

  • Self-starter. Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Project Management Experience. Proven project management skills and experience managing complex and/or cross-functional projects

  • Critical Thinker. Strong analytical, problem solving, and resolution skills

  • Willing to work on night shift from 12mn to 9am MNL, Tuesday to Saturday

  • Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
