Real Chemistry is looking for a Compensation Analyst join our growing team!

As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, implementation, and administration of our Compensation programs. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative global HR Team and contribute to our continued growth.
This position is based out of our Chicago office. Candidates in the Chicago area with flexibility to work from our Chicago office 2 days per week will be prioritized.
What you’ll do:

Job Architecture: Support job architecture project to ensure alignment of job levels, compensation, and titles across the company

Benchmarking: Conduct benchmarking of new and existing roles using market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges

Compensation Surveys: Create submissions for salary survey participation

Compliance: Ensure compensation compliance with Federal and State regulations

Comp Cycle: Lead annual/merit compensation cycle process

Compensation Partnership: Partner with internal People Business Partners, finance, accounting and other internal stakeholders on compensation matters related to compliance, new roles, promotions, other job changes

Project Management: Project manage compensation-related initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Reporting: Lead the creation and implementation of compensation reporting practices in Workday, customized for specific business areas.

Equity: Experience with sales incentive plans and equity administration a plus.

What you should have:

2+ years of experience in a Compensation or Compensation-related role

Advanced expertise in Excel and database analysis.

Experience with Workday and hands-on experience with the compensation modules.

Experience in developing data visualizations and customized dashboards using BI software tools, preferred
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communications to different audiences.
Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have offices in cities with many employees and clients – New York, Chicago, Boston, San Francisco, Carmel (IN), Manchester (UK), Edinburgh (UK), and London (UK) – that serve as hubs where and when they need us.
