Position Purpose: Partners with Compensation Team to develop and execute company compensation strategy and approach. Consults with business area leaders to evaluate and price positions utilizing external market data and internal grade structures. Contributes to various compensation projects, performs research, and helps develop solutions. Participates in the management of pay programs and annual review processes. Communicates and administers compensation policy.

About the role:
Consults with leaders in assigned client areas. Applies technical and analytical skills to a wide range of compensation matters involving total compensation plan design and administration. Works with leaders on organizational design issues to develop job families and hierarchies as part of the job evaluation process.
Evaluates and market prices positions at all levels of the organization utilizing external market data and internal position comparisons to make salary structure and pay grade recommendations. Consults with other members of the Compensation Team as needed.
Analyzes positions and prepares job descriptions in cooperation with business area leaders and/or other HR team members. Evaluates and determines FLSA status of positions and maintains appropriate documentation.
Communicates and administers compensation policy and procedures, provides ongoing support to management and employees through compensation education to ensure thorough understanding of pay programs.
Contribute to compensation projects as assigned, including research, development, and implementation of changes to compensation programs, policies, practices, or procedures.
Participates in overall Compensation department planning and annual survey administration process.
Oversees administration of company incentive plans, as necessary.
Assume additional related responsibilities as requested.

Education Level: 4-Year Bachelors Degree
English Level: C1 (Advanced)
Years of Experience: 3+ years
Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge of concepts, principles, and regulatory requirements of Compensation.
Strong MS Excel skills required. Proficiency with HR software systems preferred.
Advanced math skills and basic knowledge of statistical applications.
Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal formats.
Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization, including Executives and Senior Leadership.
Ability to adapt style and approach based on the situation. Comfortable raising counter-points.
