This position will be hybrid out of the Springfield, IL office.
The Compensation Analyst provides analytical support to the compensation function. This role will assist with job documentation, job evaluation, salary administration, and special studies. Additionally this individual researches, analyzes, and develops modifications to compensation programs to meet identified organization objectives and needs, which may include base pay, short-term incentives, long-term incentives.

- An analyst - you'll assist with conducting surveys and analyzing results for compensation planning
- An advisor- you'll guide and advise HR Business partners and leaders from various business units and other HR Centers of Excellence on the administration of compensation programs.
- A resource - you'll participate in compensation projects, assist in merit budget planning, monitor records for pay irregularities, and prepare and maintain job descriptions and evaluations

- Developing compensation guidelines and procedures
- Developing and facilitating compensation program presentations
