Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Comp & Ben, HR Controlling Manager to join our Pernod Ricard Nordic HR team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring reliable and accurate HR Controlling data and will take the lead role to drive the Compensation and Benefit processes across our Nordic region, consisting of 7 markets. Main Purpose:

In this role, you will drive financial planning & analysis for Payroll & Benefits within the Nordic region. You will support the Management Team in strategy, budget and forecast process for HR-driven costs as well as co-ordinate HR reporting to the Pernod Ricard Europe HQ. You will work in close collaboration with the Nordic HR Director, local MD’s, and local finance teams.

Key activities will also include:

  • Take responsibility for reconciliation of balance sheet accounts related to Payroll & Benefits
  • Manage compensation and benefits schemes (incl. expatriates) and policies
  • Support HR Director in implementing internal control activities and manage HR responsibilities in LSF process (equivalent to SOx)
  • Monitor payroll execution for accuracy
  • Liaise with external and internal auditors
  • Monitor and co-ordinate salary benchmark and review, STI and LTI programs across Nordic 
  • Support to Managers in Salary Review Process and other compensation and benefit issues
  • Manage statistics and analysis of HR KPIs


To succeed in this role, you need:

  • A University Degree within Finance, controlling or similar
  • +5 work experience from the relevant field
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Swedish/Scandinavian
  • Strong knowledge of the Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Previous experience from working in an international company
