Community Technology Operations Analyst
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a detail-oriented Community Technology Operations Analyst to support IT operations across approximately 250 communities. This role connects technology service management, vendor performance, financial analysis and project coordination to improve reliability, accountability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze IT service desk data, aging tickets, recurring issues, SLAs and escalations to identify risks and improve service delivery.
- Coordinate vendors, technical teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and track corrective actions.
- Maintain technology asset inventories, vendor contracts, licenses, support agreements and equipment lifecycle records.
- Track IT budgets, CapEx, OpEx, invoices, forecasts, recurring charges and cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate technology projects for acquisitions, new developments, renovations, equipment refreshes and remediation.
- Develop dashboards and leadership reports covering KPIs, vendor performance, spending, project milestones and technology risks.
- Maintain procedures, project documentation, escalation paths and operational records.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT service management, standardization, documentation and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations, IT service management, business analysis, vendor management or project coordination.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and reporting skills.
- Experience with ITSM, asset management, project tracking or reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of networking, telecommunications, enterprise technology and managed services.
- Strong communication skills with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, ITIL or similar platforms and practices.
- Familiarity with IT budgets, procurement, licensing, contracts and renewals.
- Experience supporting multisite organizations in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, retail or property management.
Pay Range:92,267.00 - 115,333.50
