Salary: From $80,421.72 base salary + 20% shift allowance + super (based on experience)

About the Role
As a Community Patrol Officer, you’ll be part of our Community Safety team, delivering a highly visible and responsive patrol service 24/7. Your role is to deter crime and antisocial behaviour, respond to incidents, and work closely with WA Police and other stakeholders to make Stirling a safer place for everyone.

What You’ll Do

  • Patrol designated areas to identify and report issues such as suspicious activity, graffiti, and damage.
  • Respond to alarms, complaints, and community safety concerns.
  • Monitor CCTV and assist with dispatch operations.
  • Enforce relevant Acts, Regulations, and Local Laws.
  • Engage with the community to build trust and provide excellent customer service.

 

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Certificate II in Security Operations.
  • Current WA Security Officer Licence.
  • Experience in security or related industry, including mobile patrols and CCTV systems.
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Current WA ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence and National Police Clearance (under 3 months).
