DEUX (02) COMMUNITY MOBILISER OFFICER
Poste basé à Ambovombe
Dans le cadre de ses activités, Save the Children recrute deux Community Mobiliser Officer pour une durée de trois (03) mois.
Responsabilités principales du poste :
Placés sous la responsabilité du Field Manager, ils ont pour mission principale de :
- Mobiliser et faire comprendre aux leaders communautaires et à leurs membres les activités de Save the Children sur le terrain
- Elaborer des sessions de formation à l’intention des travailleurs indépendants pour leur permettre de développer leurs activités
- Mobiliser les communautés locales sur les activités de l’ONG
- Servir de liaison entre Save the Children et les communautés locales
- Elaborer des rapports mensuels de qualité
Profil requis pour le poste :
- Titulaire d’un diplôme de licence en Sciences Sociales, Communication ou équivalent avec 2 à 3 ans d’expériences professionnelles dans une organisation internationale ou une multinationale
- Maîtrise de l’outil informatique : Word, Excel
- Aptitude à bien communiquer en public et à tout type d’audience dans la communauté
- Bonne maîtrise du dialecte local et du Français
- Capacité à travailler sous pression

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Communication, or an equivalent field
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in an international organization or multinational company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively in public and with diverse community audiences
- Strong command of the local dialect and French
- Ability to work under pressure
- Category A driving permit
