Community Manager - LATAM

Responsibilities:

To grow Uniswap Labs via organic and community efforts in LATAM. Also, to continually share product feedback and market intel to drive Uniswap Labs’ growth and success in LATAM. 

• Be in the mix, be deep in the local crypto community. Represent Uniswap Labs everywhere — and share market intel back with HQ
• Serve as representative in Discord, triaging across internal Uniswap Labs teams, spanning support, developer relations, and community
• Actively advocate for Uniswap Labs’ brand and technology in relevant community channels, including Telegram,  to develop a local, loyal and growing community
• Organize small local meet-ups with clear outcome of educating and promoting Uniswap Labs’ developer tools
• Propose joint efforts with relevant crypto projects in the region to increase activation
• Provide weekly reports on activities, metrics, and new proposals

Requirements of the role:

• Background as a community manager with deep technical expertise on trading protocols
• Self-identified crypto degen who has deep involvement in the crypto and in particular the crypto trading community over several years in LATAM
• Deep understanding of Uniswap protocol and related products to the point where they can answer most questions about how to use, value props, comparison to other products/protocols, etc.
• Deep network within and across projects in LATAM crypto communities
• High integrity and ability to align to Uniswap Labs’ brand and presence standards
• Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese, and English
• Willingness to travel to NYC 1x/quarter as needed
• Willingness to work US ET hours 1-2 days per week.
